This hotel was the most memorable part of my trip to Zibo. Everything from the environment to the service, and from the facilities to the amenities, was excellent. Even the complimentary small desserts showed thoughtful touches. It's clear the hotel owner puts a lot of heart into running this place. The only minor flaw was the soundproofing in the room; otherwise, everything was perfect.

This was a dream that came true what a fantastic hotel in a scenic area with splendid facilities, swimming pool, fantastic food. And the service was superb from everybody but especially from Eiffel the manager and Tsuki. They took us on a day trip to the water splash down hill and to the Great Wall ruïnes from the Qi time. Thanks to you it became  a stay we never forget thank you ladies we will sure come back to this magnificent hotel  Kindest regards Dennis & Sylvia

This property is simply mindowing! I cannot even image what did it take to build it… It is literally inserted to the cliff… There is a pool, an infrared sauna and a fantastic heliport. The suites are beautifully appointed with a lot of taste. They organize trips to hike around the Great Wall and the glass bridge (which is adjacent to the hotel). I could not imagine the staff being more polite, helpful and friendly. Without any doubts, this is one of the best scenic hotels on the planet.

Truly a hidden gem. Outstanding experience. Great attention to detail in everything, starting from the stuff’s service to the design of the place. Nothing like we’ve ever been to before. Our favourite part of our trip to China. Would love to come back.

A space with a beautifully designed layout and perfect views, nestled into the cliff face. The butler, Xiao Chang, and the young and energetic service team make the price seem very reasonable. Highly recommended.

The room was excellent. We stayed in a cave room with our parents and child. It wasn't crowded during the National Day holiday, and the mountain area was great for exploring. The food was business-style, and breakfast was served individually; I recommend eating it down the mountain. We also had Shandong-style stewed chicken.
