Great location, quiet and comfortable with excellent service. It's very close to the Zibo BBQ网红打卡地 (internet-famous photo spot) - Badaju Convenience Market, you can even see it right from the window!

It's really not as good as it used to be! This isn't the Ramada I remember, it's a shame to even call it that! Did they change owners or something? The breakfast is no different from what you'd get at a budget hotel now. Plus, I'm not sure what went missing, I had to call back to ask about it. And the worst part is, I don't even know where I left it. 😀😀

Excellent, and the hot pot downstairs is delicious too.

Not sure if the AC was broken or what, but the room was a bit hot. It's super close to Badaju, so it was convenient for BBQ and stuff, but the place is definitely a bit old and dated. I wouldn't stay here again. We didn't even go for breakfast that late, but a lot of the dishes were already gone.

Overall, everything was reasonably priced and good value for money. The only issue was that the shower drains were not working properly, which was a bit inconvenient.

The carpet in the room was quite dirty with old stains, which is understandable given the hotel's age. The air conditioning gave me a headache; in February, it was just blowing natural air. I spoke to the front desk, and they were very nice and offered to bring a heater. I'll probably consider a different hotel next time, though the front desk service was excellent.

Hotel is centrally located with all the shops and restaurants nearby. The room is clean and spacious. Staff are polite and cheerful.

The hotel is in a very convenient area, many restaurants around and shopping malls as well. The hotel style is quite old fashioned but the comfort is very good. Breakfast is super.

A bit noisy at night but ok overall. More breakfast options would be great as well

Very disappointed because we have paid deposit for 3 days 2 rooms even we already paid online to trip.com. if visitor don't have money more it really make problem. Hope trip.com can inspect this hotel policy. The rooms and meals is good.

The hotel is good , good room size But room which u got on 15 floor is facing sun so lit if sunlight  there , central AC was not that cool

The place to stay in Zibo! We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Zibo. Room was just right with a classic setup, good hardware and solid walls to ensure great sleep. Location is excellent. The gorgeous People's Park is just a short walk away. A wonderful place to spend time. Also the famous Ba Da Ju 八大局 food street for a great time in the evening is also close by. Do not miss out on the great Zibo BBQ, many options for eating are nearby. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful when we had questions or needed help. Breakfast buffets are a big deal in China and I have to say that the one at this hotel was one of the best I've seen. A great selection of items including some rarer things like lamb soup. Very well done by all the Master Chefs. We enjoyed breakfast everyday of our stay. Zibo is a great city to visit, friendly people, tasty food and a peaceful happy vibe. We hope to return again.
