The room layout is quite unique; it's a walk-up with no elevator, and the stairs are narrow. There's no private parking, so you have to park on the street or in a nearby paid parking lot for 10 yuan for 12 hours. The owner will reimburse 10 yuan based on the parking receipt. The hygiene was mediocre; the bedding wasn't very clean, and the duvet and sheets were rough. The bathroom floor drain had a bad smell. No complimentary bottled water was provided. Of the two rooms we booked, one had some lifting floorboards and water pooled in the bathroom. Also, you need to add them on WeChat in advance to check in. Overall, the value for money is pretty average.

The location is very good, walking distance from the visitor center. Self-service entrance, bed sheets and quilts are changed, and other hygiene is average. 距離小東江的售票口很近，走路就幾分鐘的距離。房內一應俱全，而且晚上蠻安靜的。周邊吃的很多，挺適合背包客，性價比還是很高的！
