Breakfast was good but sofa bed was horrendous! I could feel springs and had to put sofa cushions over the bed with bottom sheet over the mattress to sleep. I'm sorry I have to give the hotel a bad review...

the pool was no working. the breakfast was ok but the lady that checked us in was nice and pleasant.

I stayed from April 20-25/2026. The arrival was a little hectic. I had reserved and paid for a King Suite. I got to my room, opened the door and the smell was STRONG. I found they had refinished the tub. The tub paint was still sticky and there was masking tape around the drain. There was a fan in the bathroom blowing onto the tub, and the window was open(no window screen). This was on the 2nd floor. I went down and explained the situation and the desk clerk immediately gave me keys to a new room. My new room was regular King, not a suite, but I really didn’t need a suite. The room was very clean. There was no tv remote so I went to the front desk again and was given a tv remote. The credenza doors to the refrigerator were skewed but functional. I personally was very satisfied with the breakfast buffet, customer service, and friendliness/helpfulness of the staff. I would recommend this hotel, and would stay there again.

Property was older but clean. Pool was under maintenance which was a problem considering I booked it specifically for a pool

Booked the room for the use of the pool and it was empty. That extremely frustrating for parents with kids. There was no notification on the website that it was closed which in my opinion warrants some compensation. Price was high for what we got. Rooms were good sized. Lady Worker during the day was super nice and friendly the others were blah. Food was ok.

Check in was quick and smooth, however, when we arrived in our room, it was late and we wanted to go to bed. When we turned down the bed, the bed spread and sheets were visibly dirty and there was someone's body hair in the bed. It looked like it had been slept in and the linens not changed. Looking around the room, there were large stains on the chair and sofa and the bathroom wasn't very clean either. We requested a different room from the front desk, which they quickly provided. The replacement room looked clean but didn't smell very good but by that time we just wanted to sleep. Checked out early the next morning, likely wouldn't stay here again.

The guy at the front desk was very helpful. The hotel is good for a place to sleep but nothing special.

Staff was not friendly and TV did not work. Bed was good and room was clean... so a mixed bag.
