The Zhuzhou Resort Hotel was a delightful surprise during my trip to Zunyi! Located right next to the wetland park, the hotel boasts a beautiful environment and is incredibly convenient for sightseeing. What impressed me most was the impeccable service: with children, the staff not only provided sweet roasted potatoes but also heartwarming coffee and longan and jujube tea – such thoughtful touches! The next day, I accidentally lost my phone, and the receptionist found it and returned it to me; upon check-out, a staff member even gave my child a warm sweet potato – these details were incredibly heartwarming. The room's bedding was comfortable, the air conditioning was powerful, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also offers spacious free parking, making getting around worry-free. The location is also ideal – quiet yet convenient, with various restaurants right outside offering a wide range of dining options. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the experience and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zunyi.
