Appar**ent was in basement beside the main road very noisey Quiet hot in summer. Fans barely works. Otherwise clean.

Room was tiny with no air co only fan. Was placed on first floor so couldn’t leave window open at night due to noise. Because of this the room was super hot and could not sleep.

I like the apar**ent it's clean and complete in kitchen wares the only things that we suffer a lot during the night because its too hot the fun is not enough during summer time

The shower mixing valve is unsafe.
The hot water end of the mixer becomes very hot that it could burn someone while they’re showering.
It burn my wife as she turned in the small shower
