Acasa Suites Hotel Zurich Oerlikon

I traveled to Europe with my wife, with Switzerland as our first stop. After flying into Geneva, we took an intercity train to Zurich, which was very convenient. We cleared customs at the airport and took a train directly from the basement, arriving in Zurich 3 hours later. Since there are several train stations in Zurich and I wasn't sure of the hotel's exact location, I booked a hotel near Zurich Oerliken station instead of Zurich Central Station. Luckily, we had a Swiss Travel Pass, so getting to and from the city center and the hotel's train station was very easy, a 5-minute train ride with trains running every 10 minutes or so. Surroundings: The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from Zurich Oerliken. There are two discount supermarkets and a Coop right next to the hotel, making it very convenient for shopping and stocking up on supplies. The supermarkets are generally open until 9 PM. Hotel Service: The hotel is not very large, so the service was just so-so. We were traveling all day, and when we arrived at the hotel at 12 PM, our room wasn't ready yet, so we could only store our luggage. We had to go out to find food and wander around with tired bodies, and we didn't check in until 2:50 PM. So, the service rating isn't high, even though the hotel's official check-in time is 3:00 PM, and they didn't breach the agreement. Hotel Cleanliness: Several lights in the room weren't working, so the overall feeling of the stay was just average.

The hotel had great access, just one train stop from the central station! The staff were also very kind. There's a Coop nearby, which was really convenient!

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. We stayed here for two days before traveling to other parts of Switzerland. On our first day, even before official check-in time, the hotel allowed us to use the gym's changing room to freshen up after a long flight, which was very convenient. They also stored our luggage for us while we were out of town for a week, which was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen and utensils were clean and functional. Unlike some other hotels in Switzerland, daily housekeeping was provided, and the air conditioning worked very well. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

The room was quite spacious, with separate bedroom and living areas. It's just a few minutes' walk from the train station, and there are several supermarkets nearby. The Coop nearby had a great selection of beef and seafood, so we enjoyed a homemade hotpot for dinner. Being only one train stop from the airport was incredibly convenient. We didn't have breakfast, but this place would be excellent if you need to use a kitchen.

This feels more like a business hotel. They offer a welcome tea, and there's a supermarket right next door, which is very convenient. It's not far from the airport, about a 10-15 minute drive. What surprised me the most was a large outdoor store nearby with a wide range of brands and a dedicated discount section where you can find some really great deals.

The room was spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it convenient for cooking. There's a small supermarket downstairs and Coop supermarket isn't far either. The location is great. We had a private car, and this was the best hotel we stayed at in Switzerland.

Excellent! Very convenient location, just a 3-minute walk from the train station. The place is spotless and well-maintained. The service was fantastic, very attentive and always willing to help. It truly felt like a home away from home. My first choice for hotels in Zurich!

The room environment at Acasa Suites Hotel Zurich Oerlikon is quite good. It's very close to the station, making it convenient to go anywhere. The breakfast is also very rich with a wide variety of food. I recommend everyone to stay here; it's really good. The station is within walking distance.
