"My belongings were stolen from my hotel room. Do not stay here “. I lose Apple Watch in the room. I stay 6 night here day 4 i lose my Apple Watch after hours keeping come to cleaning the hotel didn’t help anything this is very heritable service and bad hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, and the online check-in made everything quick and easy. I also really liked how easy it was to connect to YouTube and watch whatever I wanted. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

I have no idea. Just the price is good considering Zurich. And I had a problem with the power outlet.

The location is very convenient. The hotel is spacious and clean. The call center was helpful, as the hotel doesn’t have a reception, it’s self check in. We had some trouble at first completing the online check in, but after we figured it out, everything was smooth. As most hotels in Europe, they don’t provide toothbrushes , slippers or water in the room.

At 3pm, they gave us the code of the room, when we enter it, as you can seen from the pictures, it’s not yet ready. I messaged the hotel and sent them photos, but met with no response. When we check out, they have 2 cleaners keep knocking our door to ask us leave the room on time and threaten us to contact the hotel manager if we r not leaving on time. What a parallel treatment! Btw the storage room is actually useless, u can only store your luggage on the day of your arrival but not departure and provided that there r keys in the lockers inside the storage room. There are many lockers opened there but only 1 locker has a key attach to it. So basically there’s only 1 locker is available as other lockers are without keys.

Negatives: The hotel is right above two bars which are really noisy (up till 3am). The rooms are not air-conditioned as advertised. Room temperature were as high as 29 degrees in the evening. So you have no choice but to keep your windows open and deal with the noise. We used earplugs for the entire stay. Positives: Easy self check in and out. There is a kettle, mini fridge and a microwave in the room. Overall review: I would probably stay somewhere else that provides a fan (at least) and away from the loud bars.

The location is good. It is Very close to the bus stop and easy to travel around the attractions in Zurich.
