Fred Guest House Hauptbahnhof - Self Check-in

When I was about to sleep in the room at night, I found the bed full of bugs! There were all kinds of bugs, even ladybugs, and I couldn't sleep at all. I talked to the hotel front desk, but they couldn't solve the problem. They just said they could change the sheets for me and blamed it on me opening the window and turning on the lights 😅. Also, this hotel has no air conditioning, so definitely don't come in the summer. It was incredibly hot; I was sweating all night. I really wanted to change hotels that night, but I had a flight to catch the next day and couldn't go out looking for another hotel.

The self check-in process was seamless. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the train station, making it very convenient and safe to get around. There's no air conditioning in the room, but a fan is provided. The hygiene and overall environment are very good!

1. Couldn't check in by scanning the QR code. Don't worry, there's a manual front desk diagonally opposite where you can get your keys. 2. The elevator is always breaking down, which is really inconvenient for people with large luggage. 3. There's no air conditioning, just a small electric fan. 4. The facilities in the room are quite basic, but it's super close to the station, so I'll put up with it.
