The hotel reception staff are very friendly and helpful, always welcoming us with a positive attitude. The restaurant is really nice, and the dinner menu is reasonably priced with good quality food. The breakfast options are good and well arranged. Most importantly, it is a very child-friendly hotel, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable as a family. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and truly appreciated the warm service provided by the team.

A fast and frequent 10-minute tram from the main station to hotel. Very friendly and diligent staff. Clean room and toilet with convertible sofa/bed. Breakfast was very delicious and comfortable, and there are a lot of choices. Restaurant obviously understaff at breakfast time but staff are very diligent and helpful - fast servicing to clean tables, refill food, and even teach customers how to use coffee machines. Overall very nice hotel, would highly recommend it.

The room was excellent, especially with the sofa bed – a lifesaver when traveling with kids, making bedtime a breeze. Plus, there's a play area for children. The front desk staff were very friendly and speaking English was super convenient.

Overall the access to the hotel is really good as they have a lidl grocery store and a fitness hub + restaurant opposite to it. There is even nearby tram station and easy taxi location, a little 15-20 min walk to the city centre. Small rooms but overall staff service is nice

Nice hotel - good location near to tram and buses. Really clean and the facilities like the swimming pool also reflected this. Staff were friendly at check in Breakfast- good selection of food
