Swiss Chocolate by Fassbind Zurich

The reception area is very narrow which not much space for people to walk pass whenever someone is checking in/ out. Lift is also very small. Max can fit two people with one luggage each. Room and bathroom both are small. Although location is consider good , which has tram station named “Central station” 1 minute away from hotel, I would not stay here for more than 1 night.

Amazing staff services with exceptional support and language skills plus great go around knowledge. The premise itself was also thoughtful on every detail one needs. Very cute and lovely hotel! Having stayed in many cities famous for small spaces, the compact room size here in Zurich wasn't a surprise to me. Even though it's not big, the hotel is very well equipped. You basically have all the amenities you need, such as cups, glasses, a safe, a working table, and even an iron! The staff are very friendly, and it's just a short walking distance from Zurich HB. It's also very easy to order Uber Eats here!

Reception staff excellent and friendly .rooms were clean. The breakfast area was tired and miserable looking for the start of the day.  We had a pleasant stay.

The door in the bathroom was broken so the floor was soking wet. However, we could change the room. The staff was nice. Chocolate fountain was attractive.

The staff are super kind. The location is near to the central station and the tram line. Very convenient. However, parking spots are limited in the area, which is common for most hotels in the city.
