I booked this place expecting a 3-star hotel, but I was so pleasantly surprised! The room design had a wonderful artistic vibe, and you can tell the owner put a lot of thought and effort into the entire hotel. It's also super convenient for transport; just four tram stops to the central station.

We were a couple and a friend staying together. The room was quite large and clean, better than I expected. It even had a small fan, and the beds and other amenities were all well-equipped, comfortable, and clean. Aside from the approximately ten-minute walk from the station, everything else was better than we'd imagined. The bathroom was also spacious enough! Definitely recommended.

Location wasn't as central as I thought it would be. For the rate we got it was acceptable though. We got rhe buffet breakfast which was not great but satisfactory. I miss the little soap bars in the bathroom nowadays.

5min walk and you will be at the Zürich lake. Parking infront of the hotel. Also possible for E-Cars. One time charging price 17Euro. Very quiet living area. Easy check in process even with self check-in.

Right next to the Duomo, the location is absolutely fantastic. Although the room was a bit small, the designer made excellent use of the space, giving it a really artistic and comfortable feel. Plus, it was quiet!

The hotel located a quiet neighborhood and easy to reach old town.

The room was very clean, just a little small.

They locked the door with the key so my parents couldn’t enter their room on the 2nd day. Receptionist said: if you don’t pay for the breakfast  we don’t open your door. We were still staying for another and like everywhere in the world you always pay at check out. The day after they put on a ticket at our car with the message: if you don’t pay for our parking we go to the police. The day we arrived they said it was ok and we would pay again at the check out. I never ever had this issues with another hotel and trust me I travel a lot.

It’s very good considering the price

The hotel has a self check-in system. The receptionist is smiling and helpful. I liked the design of the room with Swiss farm concept.

Newly renovated with great taste for design without being luxurious but showing Swiss charm with loads of twinkle in the eye. Can absolutely recommend, finding a place like that in Zurich is good, really good. Only downside was one receptionist who was more arrogant than a cold Swiss granit stone, however his colleagues were all sweet. good value for money.

I stay here for 2 night its little bite far from the city but we can take the shuttle bus and train to go to central you just have to walk about 650kilometre to get to the bus station

Clean and very helpful staff and the chocolate in the room was a nice touch
