My husband and I stayed from September 22nd to 24th. When the hotel receptionist heard it was our honeymoon, he immediately upgraded us to room 603. It was a very luxurious and spacious room, even featuring a courtyard where we could enjoy the moon. We are incredibly grateful to the hotel for the upgrade, which made our trip an invaluable and unforgettable memory. Thank you again to the hotel for the upgrade. If we ever come back to Switzerland, we will definitely choose this hotel again!

The room was incredibly spacious, and the bathroom facilities were excellent with perfect water temperature. We also had a large balcony. There's a self-service washing machine on the second floor. Breakfast was very substantial. The front desk staff provided outstanding service; as we were checking out, one of them even proactively offered us coffee to go, which was a very thoughtful gesture. For that alone, I would definitely book this hotel again on my next visit.

It is close to the city centre, around 15 mins of train. It is really nice to have free coffee and ice cream at the lobby. The reception is great and nice.

It was a very nice cosy room. I love how cute it was. The table and chair was very useful for some meeting I needed to be at. The window blinds are so cool as well

Very comfortable, with great greenery outside! The front desk staff were also very welcoming and genuine! The only thing is there's no air conditioning, so it might get a bit hot in the summer and you'd need to open the windows at night.

The room is quite spacious, and you can grab a coffee in the lobby. It's just a few minutes' walk to McDonald's, a big supermarket, and a shopping mall. The transportation is also very convenient, with several stations not far away.

The hotel parking lot is quite small. When I arrived, I was told I couldn't park without a reservation (even though it clearly stated no reservations were allowed), so I had to park at the mall next door. The room size was adequate, and the rooftop terrace was nice. However, the bathroom facilities were a bit old. I barely experienced any service.

Overall, it met expectations, but there's no air conditioning in the summer, which is something to be particularly aware of.

The hotel location is convenient, right next to a large supermarket. However, parking is limited. When we arrived, we were told there were no spaces available, so we had to park in a nearby mall, which was quite expensive. The room was tidy and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they had a cooling unit. It wasn't as effective as AC, but luckily it was cool at night and not stuffy. The bedding was comfortable, and the furniture felt high-quality. The soundproofing was a bit poor, though, making it easy to be disturbed.

This is an excellent hotel! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, the room was spacious and clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast. It had heating, a very comfortable bed, and convenient transportation. You can take bus 31 right outside the door to any Zurich landmark. Highly recommended!

Overall, this is a really great hotel. The facilities are excellent, and the reception staff are professional and welcoming. Plus, there's complimentary coffee and a microwave available.

We encountered Zurich during a light autumn rain. The hotel wasn't luxurious, but everything was just right. We were driving, so we chose a location a bit further from the city center, which offered great value for money. In the evenings, the lobby provided coffee and drinks. After dinner, my friends and I would come back, have a drink, chat for a bit, and then head back to our rooms to rest – a very typical Zurich pace.

Although the location is a bit out of the way, it's well-connected and great for travelers with ample time. You can reach Zurich Main Station in 20 minutes on bus 31, and tram 2 goes directly to the city center in 15 minutes. The room was very clean, tidy, comfortable, and even had a balcony. The service was excellent 👍 Highly recommended!

It’s like a studio apartment and has a kitchenette which is great but it’s a bit of a walking distance to the train station.
