The first room was given was a non smoking however stank of smoke. After quickly mentioning to the receptionist, it was rectified immediately to a nicer room that was non smoking. The first one was quite small vs the second which was a better layout and bigger. It was slightly noisy being on the street near the strip but I was able to sleep fine. Amenities weren’t amazing but for a cheapish night in Zurich it wasn’t awful.

The location is quite convenient, within walking distance from the train station, and there's a supermarket about 100m away. Although I booked a single room, the bed was 1.5m, which was very spacious and comfortable for one person. The room wasn't small, very clean, and quite modernly decorated. It had a hairdryer, a kettle, and shower gel, plus plenty of power outlets. For 800 a night in Switzerland, I actually felt it was pretty good value for money 😁 Satisfied.

The bathroom door wasn’t working. Not sure why its not fixed before letting guests going in. But it was late so we didnt bother. Would be great if the hotel has aircond. They only have fan and didnt expect that as most hotel have aircond. Location is great less than 10mins walk from the city centre.

Nice and comfy room with high standard of cleanliness. Ideal for those travelling light as not much space is available for luggage. Friendly and cooperative reception staff. Travellers should carry EU adopter otherwise it can be loaned from front desk against a small deposit

Really nearby to anywhere you wanna go in the town. The lake, the central station, and the downtown. They do not offer kitchen for short stays but you could ask front for utensils.

The staff is so helpful with the specific charger to use in the room. Room is so clean with less noise.

The room looked new and was very clean. The staff provided excellent service. It’s a shame I only stayed for one night.

Awesome hotel, perfect for staying a night or two before heading out of Zurich. Located very close to Zurich HB. Friendly front desk staff. Shoutout to Mahesh! All amenities and services as advertised. The room is very clean. Beds, Blankets and Pillows are really good. The AC is pretty weak, but if you open the windows, expect noise from the plethora of bars and clubs nearby till late at night. Has a decent breakfast spread, everything tastes good though.

I highly recommend this hotel! The location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk from the main train station, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was exactly as described, perfect for a solo business traveler or tourist – just the right amount of space, and the bathroom was especially spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly, and it offered great value for money. I'd probably choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zurich.

Clean and tidy, up to standard as a hotel in Switzerland. The hotel is a 3-star one so I didn’t expect much and it matches my expectation. The location is convenient, walkable distance to the central station and the old town, plenty of restaurants around the hotel as well. Good to stay again when looking for a budget option.

The location is very close to tourist attractions, bars and restaurants, and public transport. You can get to the hotel from the airport, and it's very fun if you wanna experience nightlife in Zurich. Very fantastic places around you: the lake and boats and plenty of bars and restaurants. Just one thing to be cautios abot it, the plugs are different from the other part in EU, and you need a special adapter to use electricity.
