Very good location very near Zurich HB and shopping street. Have restaurant and supermarket around. Room is clean.

Hotel is very conveniently located near the main train station. Perfect for getting around and the are many food options within walking distance. Hotel is clean and good as well. Would recommend!

The location is good, its very near the train station. Once exit from the hotel and we at right at the main street. It happened to ve where the christmas market begins. All the popular chocolatier are just around the corners for souvenirs from Switzerland. Room was decent, but the only and major downside, there's too many stairs. It'll be good to include a narrow ramp next to the stairs to allow us to drag our extremely heavy luggage. I think its because we checked in at night, there's not enough staff to assist us. Even on the way to our room, we had a small steps to overcome. 🤦‍♀️ I mean eventually its still manageable but it'll be a great help with the narrow ramp. *Attached a photo extracted online of the entrance to show the Entrance stairs for reference* As we are exhausted from our travel we didnt remember to take any photos of the hotel. We were stunt by the no. of steps at the entrance for a few moments, literally. 😅

The worst hotel I have even been to. Used towels even wet are not changed after room cleaning. The staff folded back the towels like they are new but it's wet and with dirt. No air conditioning, even if I requested at reception, they said will send me a fan and arrange electrician to check on the next day. Waited a whole night and no fan is coming. No electrician. On the next day I requested again, receptionist said will arrange electrician on the following day and said no one is coming on that day. But no one informed me ever if the electrician is not coming. Moreover, the receptionist insisted that there was air conditioning inside my room, despite the thermometer showed 25 degrees while outside is 17 degrees. Shame on her, what a lie. She even insisted she felt so cool there. What an attitude to ignore customer feelings. I called reception hotline a lot of times. But no one answered the call ever. I need to go down to reception desk to raise request every time. Can't imagine they got 4/5 rating here. It is completely a lie. Will never come again.

It was a great location to amenities, transportations as well as shoppings. Nice cosy rooms and pretty ok breakfast to go along. Will book again when back next time.

Location is wonderful and the staffs are super helpful! However, the room is a little dirty with hair on the beds when we enter, and the hair dryer is half broken with electricity leak.

They were able to accommodate to store my shopping items too after i check out in addition to the pieces of luggage i had. Just missing dental kit and bathroom slippers. They were nice to let me check in slightly ahead of time and could carry the luggage to my room.

The hotel is located at the heart of zurich which allow us to explore zurich on foot. The tram station is right infront of the hotel. The price was reasonable and the breakfast was preety decent.

Overall it's a fine hotel. Nothing spectacularly positive. I mean internet was good. A couple small downsides 1) Bathroom wasn't spotless; a few hairs from previous guest were there. 2) Old window that wasn't 100% shut; It was very loud from the street (trash collection; street cleaning) and I woke up 5-6 times despite my earplugs 3) Cleaner knocked on the door and entered even though "do not disturb" was hung up 4) no gym Overall this is more of a solid 3 start hotel than a 4 start hotel.

Great location for shopping around with lots of choices. Easy to get around.
