Nice, charming hotel, but with the Swiss neatness and tidiness. Plus point is the Marshall amp sitting nicely in the room. At first I thought there was a fee of sorts, but no, it was complimentary, and you get to choose a guitar from a selection at the bar/reception! Will definitely be top choice if I return to Zurich.

The hotel is so cozy and chill. Love it With this moneg, I think they should give a thermal bottle for the room guest to get hot water from the gallery room. The bed is too sharp that is easy to get hurt

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from HB train station. The front desk uses self check-in; if you haven't signed up for a Ruby membership before, you'll need to fill out some information, but it only takes a few minutes. I really liked the room's style, and it was quite clean. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but they had various breads and a dozen different jams. When I went for breakfast, a very handsome guy stopped me and asked for my room number, haha, very friendly!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just over 200 meters from Zurich Main Station. Turn right out of the hotel, and you're directly on Bahnhofstrasse, with all Old Town attractions easily accessible on foot. If you're planning a visit to ETH Zurich, simply turn left out of the hotel, cross the bridge, navigate to the Polybahn, and it's a quick 5-minute walk to catch the red funicular uphill. We booked for two nights. A nice perk: if you opt out of daily housekeeping service for your second day, you can redeem a complimentary drink from the downstairs bar, one per person. Our room was clean and tidy. The 'Wow' room type offered decent space, allowing us to comfortably open two large suitcases.

Right by the river in Zurich city center, with a lovely view from the window. (Initially, I couldn't open the window, but I went downstairs to the front desk, and they quickly sorted it out.) Transportation was extremely convenient. What I liked most was the speaker – it's their signature feature, and I really appreciated it! The facilities are new, and the room was very clean. The room wasn't very spacious, so fully opening my large suitcase was a bit of a squeeze. Otherwise, no complaints.
