Terrible customer service. Could not get in contact with anyone. Location was ok and check in was fine, but needed to contact them and nobody answered the phone. The room blinds wouldn’t open and TV didn’t work. It was really warm inside and noisy on the street. I wouldn’t stay here again.

No air conditioning, no toiletries! I recommend everyone to avoid staying here! Don't easily trust the vendors recommended by Trip.com!

On a 150cm bed, they left a 90cm duvet. It was incredible, and no one responded despite me mentioning it from day one. The shower drain didn't work well, and the whole bathroom flooded. The sink also didn't drain properly; it seemed clogged. No one came to help during our entire stay, and nothing was resolved. I do not recommend booking here. The door lock was broken, or something was wrong, because all the other doors had an electronic lock except this one. I think they rented it out before it was 100% ready for guests.

At first it was a little hard to find, but once we found it, we went in and it was all clean and quite nice. The only flaw is that we didn't even have a bottle of water

Don’t waste your money on this room there was no facilities available there was only sheer curtain everything was visible from the front window no privacy at all the blanket was for the single person very small no handwash or bodywash in the toilet not even the heating kettle to make some tea no iron and most disguisting no heator in the room and no USB charging plug.

Not bad. I like here cuz I can check-In without staff. It is close to transportation such as trains and shops, making it convenient but It was not clean much and during the day I felt very hot. However I think they have everything for me.

Unfortunately, the room wasn't cleaned. After a few calls and about an hour later, a cleaning staff member came to prepare the room. Issue with amenities: The blinds couldn't be operated by the remote control.

Room was clean and there were enough silverware and plates for two people. It was close to restaurants and shops and train station. Hosts very responsive. Had some trouble logging in to the wifi on Windows devices. WiFi so slow that the website to enter username and password couldn't even load. In fact, it was so slow that it was difficult to load maps or Instagram or email. Did let hosts know, but they didn't (couldn't, wouldn't ???) do anything about it. Download speeds were 0.20 Mbps and Upload 0.41 Mbsp; normal speeds are 252 down and 193 up.

Very poor, would not recommend to anyone! DO NOT STAY HERE! CHEAP AND NASTY!! Room wasn’t cleaned for the entire stay even though we were told from the staff it would be cleaned multiple times. We then asked for clean towels but were ignored. There is an issue with the electrical in the room that prevents the main power being on when the lights in the room are off. This makes it hard to charge anything overnight when you want to sleep. Also beware of the shower, if the nozzle is in the slightly wrong direction, water floods out from underneath the door and all over the bathroom and into the bedroom. We raised these concerns with the hotel who didn’t do anything! At least when I spoke with customer service at Trip they were very apologetic and gave me a small refund but even they couldn’t speak with the hotel to sort out these issues.

Their is a big issue of charging no pots working at all.

Was concerned after reading some reviews, but actually pleasantly surprised. Clean good location, warm. Check in was easy, had what we needed just for the one night. Is above a restaurant and a street food takeaway. We were there on a Sunday evening/night for one night and had no issues with noise/smells. Overlooks main road which gets busy early and local MacD,s has a lot of delivery scooters congregate.
