Swiss Star Zurich Oerlikon - Self Check-IN

Worst customer service, they dont even provide basic amenities, worst accommodation ever, its minus degrees, but f**** they cant even provide a heater, when called multiple times, they keep ignoring, the guy named arun rajah, replies rude, please don’t book in this worst place.

We didn't get the idea about toilet paper not being there🤔 luckily we had packed for longer trip and we had like wet toilet papers which was ment for much rural areas than Zurich - it turned out it was needed in Zurich too😅 The floor was terrible dirty _ like the dusts were everywhere.

The hotel is under renovation!!! All dirty, full of dirt, machines and people working! Upon arrival we do a “self check in” where to my surprise I received the keys to apartment 51! It shouldn't be a problem, but… the hotel has NO ELEVATOR 😱😱😱😱😱 They believe they rented a room in a building under renovation and without an elevator!!! I went up 5 floors with all my bags walking up the stairs!!! Finally, a nightmare! My money back would like to receive, if I hadn't made the advance payment I wouldn't even have entered here! Horrible! I do not recommend!!! O hotel está em reforma!!! Tudo sujo, cheio de terra, máquinas e pessoas trabalhando! Na chegada fazemos um “self check in” onde para minha surpresa recebi as chaves do apartamento 51! Não deveria ser um problema, mas… o hotel está SEM ELEVADOR 😱😱😱😱😱 Acreditam que fizeram a locação de um quarto em um prédio em reforma e sem elevador!!! Subi 5 andares com todas as malas andando pelas escadas!!! Enfim, um pesadelo! Gostaria de receber meu dinheiro de volta, se não tivesse feito pagamento antecipado nem teria entrado aqui! Um horror! Não recomendo!!!

I would recommend to avoid this apartment hotel. The support and flexibility of the support they offer is terrible. Cancellations are more or less impossible. There are other better and cleaner furnished apartments in Zurich.

The room looks not at all like the picture. The kitchen is hardly equipped and the rest of the furniture is old and visibly used. The TV did not even work and even after calling the help hotline and writing an email as requested, nobody came or contacted us. I would never invite guest there again. The only good thing I can say is the distance to the train station is great.
