Hidden Gem: A Beach Day at The Pillars

#australiatrip The Pillars in Melbourne is a breathtaking coastal haven, tucked away in Mount Martha. Known for its rugged limestone cliffs and crystal-clear waters, it’s a perfect spot for adventure and relaxation. I spent my day diving off the cliffs into the refreshing sea—an exhilarating experience! Sunbathing on the rocks was equally enjoyable, with spectacular views of Port Phillip Bay stretching out before me. It’s a bit of a hike to get there, but the serenity and natural beauty make it worth the effort. If you're seeking a unique beach escape, The Pillars is a stunning and unforgettable destination!

Proud Mary Coffee

This is a must go if you are a fan of filter coffee! I got mine in the El Salvador ‘La Guachoca’ blend as well as an Apricot & Fig toast to go with it. Coffee was unique with a citrusy finish and the toast was delicious! Every inch of it was covered in raisins, or apricots, if not figs and the mild citrus mascarpone served alongside it really helped tone down the rich flavors. Located near Fitzroy garden, you can take a nice morning walk through the quiet garden into the city while sipping on the light-bodied coffee. ☕️ #summervacation#hotelstay#urbanexplorer

Rustic Cafe Alert 🚨

Krimper Cafe ☕️ Location: Melbourne CBD area Atmosphere: Great atmosphere and big space for a cafe. Very cute aesthetic and the cafe is always packed with people due to its popularity. Price: $40 - $50 for 2 people Food & Drinks: The food presentation is good and it tastes up to the standards and the price point. The drinks are amazing 🤩 I had matcha latte and it was sooo good I would definitely recommend this place as a really good coffee. Service: The service was kinda slow since it was packed at all times and there were queue to eat here. So it was kinda slow but not too bad. Notes: I would suggest getting there early, they open at 8am so to arrive by then if you don’t want to wait in line. The line forms around 8:30 to 9am #foodie #cafe #awesomepic #summervacation

higher ground cafe

#celebratewithtrip visited higher ground cafe in Melbourne and it’s one of the best experiences I had so far. the food was great, I love the scrambled eggs so much. it was delicious and seasoned so well. the hot chocolate also tasted really good especially on a cold rainy day. perfect brunch for me and my family members in fact! the cafe was also aesthetically pleasing as its very nice and gives off this cool vibes. many people were actually here but there were still seats available and turnover was quite quick. prices may be on a slightly higher end but still worth the experience as I always hear that this is one of the best cafes in Melbourne.
