Getting There - we went in the car to chatsworth and it took an hour to get there Attractions - Food & Restaurants - there were many places to eat and we picked a lovely cafe with a restaurant. I got a cheese and chutney sandwich and others got a carvery. Shopping - there was a cute little gift shop and a few stalls around selling food and drinks

Peak District

The Peak District is an upland area in England at the southern end of the Pennines. The flat 9 mile trail from Buxton to Bakewell is perfect for an easy bike ride (bike hire is available), especially considering many of the old train stations have been transformed in cafes and bars. 2/2 We walked around the Chatsworth house and admired the decorations and beautiful paintings and carvings in the rooms. Then we got a hot chocolate and walked around the gardens to see the pretty lights. Overall an amazing experience at Christmas and we had a great time
