#JanuaryTravelSupportEvent Bethlehem, a day trip from Jerusalem. One of Bethlehem's most popular attractions is The World of Hotel, home to Banksy's work. His work is on display in the hotel lobby, and the wall outside is covered in graffiti symbolizing the separation barrier.

#SoutheastAsiaFlightEvent Bethlehem is cheap, but there aren't many decent places to eat. I stumbled upon a restaurant while walking around looking for one. It was like a cafeteria run by people of Arab descent. I had pita bread filled with meat and vegetables, and it was the best pita I've had in Israel.

#Southeast Asia Flight Ticket Event Bethlehem, Palestine. I didn't get to see much, but the souvenir alleys at the tourist attraction were so pretty. I saw the I Love Bethlehem sculpture by chance while driving by, and the view of the West Bank from a church I don't know the name of. I miss it even more because it's a place I can't go to now.

#Southeast Asia Flight Event The wall between Jerusalem and Bethlehem in Palestine. Just looking at the high wall is suffocating. You can feel the pain of Palestinians who cannot overcome this place. They decorated this ugly monster with pretty pictures to brighten up the somewhat bleak atmosphere.

#July Travel Support Event The manger of the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem. It is said to be the birthplace of Jesus, and is a must-see for those who come on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land. The line to get in here is incredibly long. There are also touts who ask for money to let you in quickly, so bargaining is essential.

I visited Palestine whilst visiting Israel through an organised tour, which is recommended. Some of the main attractions in Palestine include the churches in Bethlehem and some of the great food on offer - particularly falafel! There is also a museum/hotel called the Walled Off which is quite interesting. The local residents of Palestine were extremely friendly and welcomed tourists to spend money in the local markets #palestine #urbanexplorer
