The day started with a peaceful drive out toward the Blue Mountains, where the Easter break energy met fresh mountain air and endless green views. Our first stop was Hillbilly Cider, the kind of place that instantly sets the tone for a slow, relaxing day. We settled in for lunch surrounded by orchard views, enjoying hearty plates and crisp cider that felt made for this exact moment. No rush, just good food, good company, and that unmistakable Easter long weekend vibe. From there, it was off to TNT Produce, where fruit picking became the highlight of the day. Walking through rows of fruit trees under soft autumn sunlight felt almost nostalgic — baskets in hand, laughing between bites of fresh-picked fruit, and enjoying the simple joy of being outdoors. It’s the kind of Easter tradition that doesn’t feel forced, just naturally perfect. As the sun began to lower, we made our way back toward Sydney, ending the day in Eastwood with a well-earned feast at a Korean BBQ. We stopped by Hillbilly Cider during our trip through Bilpin, and the place was absolutely buzzing with people. Families, kids, and groups of friends filled the venue, creating a lively but still relaxed atmosphere that perfectly suited a weekend escape to the mountains. The venue offers a great variety of ciders alongside a selection of beers and wines, making it an easy place for everyone to find something they enjoy. They also serve a simple but mouth-watering wood-fired pizza menu that pairs perfectly with the ciders. Unfortunately, the wait was a little too long for us today, so we didn’t get the chance to try the pizzas — though judging by the smell and the number of orders going out, they were clearly popular. Instead, we went for a tasting paddle and sampled a sweet apple cider, a pear cider, a local chardy, and a local pale ale. Each drink had its own character, and the tasting experience was a fun way to try a little bit of everything while soaking in the atmosphere. What made the visit especially enjoyable was the relaxed environment. Despite the crowd, the place still felt welcoming and spacious, with plenty of outdoor seating and even a small playground where kids could run around and play. Conveniently located along the road to the mountains, it is the perfect place to take a break, stretch your legs, and enjoy some country charm. Today we picked up a beef pie, a lamb and rosemary pie, and a family-sized apple pie — and every bite was absolutely delicious. The pastry was warm and flaky, the fillings were rich and comforting, and the apple pie truly lived up to its reputation. Before leaving, we also bought a bag of locally grown Fuji apples, fresh, sweet, and incredibly juicy. A simple roadside stop became a memorable part of the journey, filled with comforting food, fresh mountain air, and the taste of local produce from Bilpin. #Bilpin

The material is basically natural, and because the location is hidden and there are no curtains. If you use the landlord: You can stand on the balcony and enjoy the beauty of the Blue Mountains. But the most memorable thing is to meet the landlord Lionel.
