#mytripvlog The chateau is exquisite, with a beautiful French garden. The front chateau is surrounded by beautiful garden with the majestic tree in the center for over hundred years. The vineyard is next to the chateau and I so enjoyed and was thrilled with the experience of staying overnight in this chateau with a fantastic dining experience in the chateau. The dinner is very classy and elegant, with five different wines to taste, hosted by the managing director of the Beychevelle. #joonbondtripvlog2

This chateau is part of pop culture, was featured in James Bond's movie Diamonds are Forever in 1971, and several other movies and TV series. In 2007, Mouton Rothschild making a history in cellar industry by selling the most expensive wine at Sotheby'a New York, fetched price of $310,700 of a Jeraboam of 1945. The vineyard is super huge with a stunning park and garden, the Keys is a resort, pretty located on the vineyard estate with a lovely swimming pool and garden, and this estate also has a restaurant with Michelin star Les Belles Perdeix. After the wine tasting, exploring the estate, went to see their vineyard and wine processing, finally I had a special moments to get special experience; picnic lunch in the vineyard forest garden. Host exclusively by the owner of Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte, Mr Daniel Cathiard. The lunch was fantastic, great food, great wine and great venue, and accompany by two dogs, besties of Mr. Cathiard. #mytripvlog This is the chateau located in the city area, and a local housing estate surrounds the vineyard; it's a short distance from the city. There is a small retail and wine tasting located at the main estate entrance; walking into the park to explore the beauty of the vineyard and continue to explore their wine cellar. The winery and cellars are located underground, below the small lake. The owner has a high taste and interest in art, as can be seen from the art painting on the clay barrels fermentation. This chateau is absolutely gorgeous, near to the city center or Bordeaux; driving takes around 15 minutes to reach this estate. Wine tasting and underground cellar tours are available; this chateau building design is still well kept. The feel was like back in the 14th century. The owner's daughter is the founder of Caudalie skin care; opposite the wine estate is a five-star resort belonging to the family as well. This estate also has a small shop to purchase wine products and Caudalie skincare. Absolutely beautiful, it is an excellent place for relaxing. #joonbondtripvlog2
