Juliana Trail
The Juliana Trail, launched in 2019, is a flagship hiking route with a massive 330-kilometer loop. The trail winds along the Julian Alps, passing through Triglav National Park, crossing serene valleys and high mountain passes, offering an immersive experience of pristine mountain wilderness. It’s recommended to hike clockwise in segments, with a total of 20 daytime stages, each 18-25 kilometers—perfect for easy hiking and deep exploration!
Golica Mountain Trail
Golica Mountain, part of the Karawanks range, is a highly popular hiking spot. Although its elevation is under 2000 meters, it hides a whole “sky garden.” Every spring, the slopes are covered with lily of the valley and daffodils; in late spring and early summer, the alpine meadows turn snowy white with daffodils, breathtakingly beautiful. From the summit ridge, you can overlook the Carinthia region, the Upper Sava Valley, and panoramic views of the Julian Alps. About half an hour from the summit is Koča na Golici, a cozy mountain hut open year-round, offering hikers a warm resting place.

Lake Bled is Slovenia’s only glacial lake with a natural island. The lakeside trail is about 6 kilometers long, taking roughly 1 hour to walk, easy and stress-free. The path alternates between asphalt, gravel, and wooden boardwalks by the water, with benches along the way. It’s perfect for strolling, jogging, daydreaming, or chatting—an all-ages, highly healing leisure route!
