This place is fantastic. We had the entire venue to ourselves, and the hospitality was delightful—they truly went above and beyond for us. They even prepared a takeaway breakfast when we had to leave early. The property has a rustic charm but is absolutely captivating, with a lush pool and beautiful location. We're puzzled by the poor reviews; we absolutely loved our stay. Our group included two couples and teenagers, and it was perfect for us.

My stay at this retreat was simply fantastic. The service was truly exceptional, and I rarely feel so well cared for. The accommodation was an absolute dream – everything was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and meticulously maintained. The spa was a real highlight, providing pure relaxation. The breakfast was extraordinarily good – genuinely the best I’ve ever had at a hotel or retreat. The entire team was incredibly attentive, ensuring we lacked nothing and felt completely at ease. Special thanks to Alice and Sue, who were simply amazing, and Andrew, who lovingly and attentively looked after us at all times. From the moment we arrived at this stunning hotel, we were welcomed like family. The setting feels like its own little oasis, absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with the outdoor bathroom being a perfect touch! We explored the local town but also enjoyed the fantastic facilities, like the delicious food and the relaxing pool area. Before leaving, I booked a signature massage—easily one of the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had quite a few). The service was exceptional throughout, with staff being incredibly kind and helpful, especially the reception team and food and beverage staff.
