The location was excellent, just a 15-minute walk to the center of Cala D'Or. The bus stop to the market was only a 2-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The hotel had a warm, relaxing vibe, and the staff truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Our pool view room featured a wonderful balcony that received the evening sun, making it a delightful stay.

This hotel is lovely with incredibly friendly staff. It’s very clean, with high standards, as the rooms are cleaned daily and the beds are made. Initially, some reviews gave me doubts about the quality of the hotel, but they couldn't have been more wrong. It has been recently refurbished to a high standard. The breakfast offers plenty of choices, with a variety of hot and cold options. The only downside is the limited number of loungers around the pool, but the beautiful beach is just a short walk away. The reception and bar staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Juan Anthony, Pablo, and Kali for making our stay so enjoyable.

On the last day of our incredible family holiday at Prinsotel Alba in Cala d'Or, we left thoroughly impressed. The hotel and its grounds are impeccably maintained. Every morning, the maintenance team was around the pool area, jet washing and cleaning before guests started their day, showing their commitment to upkeep. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job as well. Rooms were cleaned daily if requested, and we appreciated the door tag system that let us choose whether to have cleaning or not. Since our room stayed fairly tidy, we opted out of daily cleaning, which worked perfectly for us. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. From full cooked breakfasts to cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, and yogurt, there was something for every taste. Dinner was good too, but the children's buffet could use some improvement. It lacked options like chicken nuggets, fish fingers, hot dogs, or sausages with hash browns or mashed potatoes, which would have been helpful for families with picky eaters. Adding these items could make a big difference. The pool area was lovely but very popular, so getting the best loungers required an early start. A huge plus was the free pool towels provided by the hotel, saving the need to bring your own. The hotel's location was fantastic—only a 15-minute walk to Cala d'Or's center, where there were excellent restaurants, souvenir shops, clothing stores, and plenty to explore. Families with young kids would love the charming road train that ran between Cala Ferrera and Porto Cala d'Or, making it easy and fun to get around. Overall, it’s a stunning hotel with an amazing staff—always friendly, welcoming, and hardworking. We had a wonderful family holiday here and will certainly return year after year. The hotel is well-located with access to a beautiful cove. The buffet food is incredible, varied, and well-prepared. The hotel's entertainment is spectacular with fun shows and incredible dancers. Special mention to one of the entertainers and dancers, Koko Loco, for his energy and for making the stay unforgettable. Definitely worth repeating.

A very tranquil place, ideal for those who prefer avoiding crowds and noise. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating throughout our visit. We stayed in a corner room overlooking the sea for a week, and it was evident the room had been recently refurbished. The bed was incredibly cozy. Prior to our trip, we'd seen some negative reviews about the food from last year, but our experience was completely different. We were very pleased, enjoying a variety of dishes daily, and the restaurant staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. The drinks at the bars were generously poured and skillfully prepared. The only drawback was the intense heat, though this is outside the hotel’s control. We’re already making plans to return in September!

We stayed at MarSenses Hotel Adults Only, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. Each evening, the staff would check in with us to ensure our room had everything we needed, a thoughtful gesture that highlighted their attention to detail and care. As someone with severe anaphylactic egg and dairy allergies, food is the most important and often stressful part of travel for me. I shared my dietary restrictions with the reception team, and their handling of my needs was truly remarkable. At breakfast, the chef personally accompanied me through the buffet, identifying safe options and offering to prepare separate dishes. This reassured me greatly and made me feel cared for. In the evenings, Chef Ana went above and beyond. She meticulously explained the menu and prepared separate meals to prevent cross-contamination, even during busy service times. Her dishes were not only safe but also extraordinarily delicious. Ana's kindness and dedication made dining effortless for me, transforming what can often feel overwhelming into a smooth and enjoyable experience. Eating out with severe allergies was never treated as an issue, thanks to Ana's genuine care. A special mention also goes to Militsa, the Guest Experience Manager, who was consistently approachable, informative, and helpful throughout our stay. Her friendly demeanor and valuable advice on exploring the area enhanced our overall experience. In conclusion, MarSenses Hotel Adults Only provided an outstanding experience, marked by exemplary service, attention to detail, and genuine care from the team. It made our stay truly unforgettable, and I highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I recently celebrated 20 years of enjoying the hotel of our lives. Yes, it's possible to fall in love with a hotel, and this is the case for us. There are few places on Mallorca as charming as Cala Ferrera, and it's hard to find a better hotel located just 10 meters from the sandy beach—a truly prime beachfront setting. The food is excellent, with lots of variety across bars and restaurants. Additionally, maintaining a professional hospitality team in these times is no easy task, yet this hotel combines vast experience with thoughtful improvements, making it outstanding. Over the years, we've witnessed their dedication to making guests happy, and they excel in every way. As long as I'm alive, I'll keep returning from Seville, bringing my grandchildren to grow up in this vacation paradise. A heartfelt thanks to the Barceló family worldwide. Bravo!

Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Eva (the one with the ponytail—shoutout to Eva!). We arrived on an early flight, left our luggage in the storage area, and utilized the courtesy room to begin enjoying our stay. We were on an all-inclusive plan, which allowed us to have refreshments and even lunch before receiving our room key. When it was time to check into the room, a very kind staff member from reception accompanied us and even helped with our luggage. Our experience was impeccable. The hotel is located on a beautiful cove and within walking distance of four other stunning smaller coves. Slightly farther away, which we reached via the tourist train, there are two additional little coves across the marina. The area itself is very peaceful but has all necessary amenities, including a pharmacy just 2 minutes away on foot. A highlight of the stay was the buffet—excellent quality and great variety, definitely a 10 out of 10. For us, having bottled water included in the all-inclusive plan was particularly important since other hotels often provide only tap water. The hotel's overall facilities are in great condition, and the entertainment shows were fantastic, with a very friendly and talented animation team. At the dining room and bars, we were served by Spanish staff, which made us feel truly comfortable—unlike the feeling in some hotels where it can seem like you're outside of Spain. Without doubt, this is the best hotel we’ve visited recently in Mallorca. Congratulations to the entire team!

I had a great experience at Barceló Ponet Beach Hotel. I went with my family and we all had an amazing time. The staff and all the reps were absolutely fantastic, and Macarena stood out by being incredibly friendly and welcoming from our first day there and throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning! 😁

I saw mixed reviews before my visit last week, but it exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely return. Everything was amazing—the atmosphere was lovely, the staff were all friendly, the entertainment was fantastic, and the hotel was spotless with rooms cleaned daily. The only issues I’d mention: the air conditioning in the room didn’t get very cold, and I could hardly feel it while sleeping because the vent was tucked around the corner of the room. However, this might have been due to the high summer temperatures. We stayed in a standard room without a sea view, and while the room size was good, I expected the bed to be larger. We considered upgrading to a sea view room, as the views are stunning, but honestly, we didn’t need it—we were rarely in the room with so much to do. The food wasn’t amazing, but there was always something to eat, so it didn’t bother us much. The snack bar was fantastic. The pools felt a bit unclean, possibly due to the warmth of the water from the heat; the water felt oddly thick. However, none of these negative points impacted our stay significantly, and I will definitely return—it was amazing! Picture attached to show my visit.

Lovely hotel with a very chilled atmosphere; we stayed in a superior apartment that included access to a private pool. The room was very spacious, though the bathroom felt small by comparison, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience. The hotel is technically located in Cala Ferrera, not Cala D’Or. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the center, involving two substantial flights of stairs and a hill—manageable for us. The beach is only a couple of minutes away and worth visiting, with costs around €18 for two sunbeds, a parasol, and a safe. The restaurant has a great selection of fresh food, and the pool bar was wonderful as well. All the staff were fantastic—super attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble.

We stayed recently, returning home on July 5, 2026, as a family of two adults and a 17.5-year-old daughter for a 7-night stay. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. Our room was ready early at 1:20 PM. When I checked near the exclusive pool area, I saw sun loungers were still available, a big plus. Every morning at around 9:30, I could head to the pool area and easily find a sunbed, as we actually spent the day by the pool rather than just reserving them and leaving—this is a major advantage of the hotel. We opted for the half-board option, which, in our opinion, was excellent in terms of both food quality and variety. It’s well worth it even with the abundance of dining options in Cala d'Or. A few times, we had lunch at the pool bar, and the food was not only delicious but also reasonably priced. However, what truly elevated the dining experience was the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and impressively efficient. For those unfamiliar with Cala d'Or, this hotel is located in a very peaceful and quiet part of town, ideal for restful nights. A BIP supermarket is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. In the evenings, if you want to explore the town, a short 5-minute walk takes you to the first set of shops, bars, and restaurants. A further 5–10 minutes brings you to the vibrant heart of Cala d'Or. In summary, this is a gorgeous hotel with amazing staff, freshly made cocktails, and fantastic food. I highly recommend it!

We booked a week's half-board stay and couldn't be more satisfied. The Head Chef, Amado, was phenomenal—his diverse daily menus and the food quality were truly outstanding. His team and the restaurant staff were absolutely brilliant! The bar staff, led by Ariel, were equally fantastic—nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made us feel incredibly welcome. Hotel Monsuau, I applaud these amazing men and their teams. My family and I will definitely be back soon. Great value with a personal touch—these gentlemen truly love their work! It's a perfect spot to enjoy a few days and explore the island. However, the highlight is undoubtedly the kindness of the staff across all departments, always smiling and attentive to every need.

We spent an amazing weekend at Barceló Ponent Beach enjoying two all-inclusive days, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The room was in perfect condition—very comfortable and meticulously maintained. Special thanks to Fátima, our housekeeper, for her excellent work: everything was spotless, with an extraordinary level of cleanliness and a warm, friendly attitude. We also want to express our gratitude to the reception team for their professionalism and attentive service throughout, particularly Eva, who made us feel exceptionally well cared for. At the beach bar, Miguel’s friendly and approachable service stood out, as did the lifeguard from Córdoba, who created a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere. A very noteworthy part of our stay was the animation team. Our daughter Isabel was thrilled and had a great time thanks to Barby, Nutella, and Capuchino, who were both hilarious and incredibly caring. Their dedication and energy truly shine. We also have to mention Pamela, the waitress who looked after us from the beginning with constant smiles, impeccable service, and a remarkable warmth. Overall, the entire team forms an exceptional group. It’s clear they enjoy their work, and that positive energy is passed on to the guests, making for a unique experience that surpasses other all-inclusive hotels. We’ll definitely return. I just got back from my solo trip here and had a fantastic time. The location was ideal for enjoying both the pool and the sea. The rooms were immaculate, and the food was delicious. However, the only downside was the issue with the sunbeds. Fortunately, being all-inclusive plus, I could access a separate section, but for others, if you weren’t reserving your spot by 8:30 am, it was difficult to find good sunbeds. There didn’t seem to be any rules enforced, as some people left their towels early and didn’t return until 11:30.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Tucked in a lovely, tranquil spot, it was ideal for unwinding. The hotel itself was stunning, spotless, and well cared for, with genuinely friendly and welcoming staff. The food was exceptional, offering a wide variety of choices to suit even the pickiest eaters. The entertainment team deserves a special shout-out for being energetic, fun, and far superior to any we've seen at other resorts. We loved every moment and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very clean throughout, and the staff were fantastic. We went all-inclusive, and while the food was good, it wasn't amazing. Finding a sunbed wasn't difficult, but you did have to queue in the mornings to secure one by the kids' pool. The evening entertainment left much to be desired, as the kids quickly got bored. The steps up to the rooms were a hassle, especially with heavy suitcases on arrival. Being on the ground floor would have been much easier, but unfortunately, we weren’t.

Breakfast is absolutely delicious, offering fresh fruit, hot dishes, pastries, omelettes, and more. Dinner is buffet-style as well, with a variety of options daily. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always working hard while maintaining a warm attitude. Our room featured two bedrooms, including one en-suite, along with a main bathroom off the hall. Being adults-only (16+), it created a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The location is perfect, just a two-minute walk to Cala Ferrera beach. You can also cross two hotel pool areas to reach a sea diving/jumping spot with ladders—such a fun experience, especially for those who love a swim in the Mediterranean. There are a few bars nearby, including one right across the road, and the main center with more bars and restaurants is only a 15-20 minute walk away. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were amazing. The customer service really went above and beyond, which alone would make me want to stay again. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety with generous portions. The location was perfect—just on the outskirts of the busy tourist area, making it quiet yet only a five-minute walk to restaurants and shops, and a three-minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Nice location overlooking the inlet and beach with direct access to both. Relaxed atmosphere during the day. Some entertainment in the evening, but we were happy to skip that. Rooms are bright and clean (we had a junior suite). Breakfast is buffet style with everything you could want. The pool was warm, but it's very hard to get a sun bed as people claim them early. Although a sign says they can't be reserved if unused, it's ignored, and staff do nothing to enforce it. Very frustrating to see unused sun beds occupied by towels for hours.

This was my first time at this hotel, having previously stayed at the one next door. The views are absolutely breathtaking—truly unparalleled. While it's possible to walk down to the beach, keep in mind you'll have to pass through the neighboring hotel, and people also cross through this hotel's pool area. The pool itself could use more frequent cleaning, as it often appeared messy in the mornings, but there were plenty of sunbeds available. The reception staff were warm and welcoming. I also liked the clever design of the room key being incorporated into the wristband. We stayed in a sea view room, which was incredible—clean, comfortable, and minimalist, with daily housekeeping. The recently renovated hotel has a beautiful style throughout, including a lovely bar area. The cocktails and drinks as part of the all-inclusive package were great, and service was quick during both the day and evening. Some entertainment is offered during the day and in the evenings, but the relaxed, chilled atmosphere is a highlight compared to livelier hotels. This suited us very well. The staff really put in a lot of effort and work hard across the board. That said, the food was a letdown. While breakfast offered plenty of choices, including cooked options, bread, fruit, and cereal, the dinner menu fell short. The main meal choices were the smallest I've seen at an all-inclusive, and we ended up eating out instead. It's disappointing because you could see there was a lot of effort in the dessert options. In comparison, the hotel next door offers better food and a livelier vibe. However, this hotel's adults-only atmosphere, stunning design, and peaceful environment make it a place I'd happily return to—but likely without choosing the food package.

What can I say—another fantastic stay at this hotel! Based on my experience, I’ve never encountered any problems here, which explains why we’ve visited 12 times over the years, often twice in a single year. Aline is amazing and goes above and beyond to resolve any issues you might face. The hotel is spotless, relaxing, and offers a great selection of food, including a specials menu—you really can’t go wrong. We’ve never dealt with any "sunbed wars," and pool towels are provided free of charge. While the hotel has always been great, it has only improved over the years. I highly recommend it for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday 😊.

Returned home after a week at Ferrera Blanca, booked directly through the MarSenses website. From the moment we arrived, all staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Militsa from guest services and Amine in the restaurant. Militsa checked in with us daily to ensure everything was going well. Our room, Q301, was spotless, with no problems and the most comfortable bed and mattress. Although the TV occasionally turned on by itself, it wasn’t an issue. The buffet breakfast and dinner were plentiful and regularly replenished. Amine recommended the specials daily, and we particularly enjoyed the pancakes at breakfast! There’s a poolside bar with daytime service, and some evenings featured entertainment, including a harpist during breakfast one morning. We recommend booking directly so you can select your preferred room.

We stayed for seven days and enjoyed every moment. By the end, we didn’t want to leave. The location was perfect—right on the beach in a quiet area, yet only a 10-15 minute walk to bars, restaurants, and shops. The hotel was the ideal size, though the lifts could be a bit troublesome if you depend on them. The staff were fantastic and welcoming, from check-in to check-out. Our room was average-sized with a lovely beach view and cleaned daily by friendly staff. The buffet food was just right and very good—enough to enjoy without being excessive. We opted for all-inclusive plus, which provided branded drinks like Jameson and Heineken at no extra cost, unlike Iberostar where you pay even after upgrading. The beach was well-maintained, uncrowded, and we spent every day there. The entertainment was enjoyable, supported by an excellent entertainments team. The check-in staff, dining staff, bar staff, and waiting staff were all hardworking and first-class. Overall, we loved every bit of this holiday and can’t wait to return next year for a longer stay.

Perfect location with a side sea view room boasting stunning sights. The hotel's cleanliness in the main areas was impressive. However, the room facilities were disappointing—no clean cups or replacement tea/coffee throughout our 8-night stay, and linen was not changed despite the beds being remade. The sea view terrace sunbed area was chaotic, without proper inspection at night or early morning. Sunbeds were left disorganized, and guests reserved prime spots with towels overnight, which significantly affected our experience.

Do not believe all the negative reviews about this hotel. My partner and I visited for a week at the beginning of June and had a wonderful time. We opted for half board and found the food quite satisfactory. Breakfast offered a wide variety, from eggs to meats, along with an extensive continental selection. We had dinner at the hotel for 4 out of 7 nights and found the meals fresh and delicious, with plenty of meat and fish options, some cooked right in front of you. Our room was spacious and clean, featuring huge beds. We chose a “limited sea view room” and ended up with a gorgeous view of the beach. Housekeeping was diligent, coming daily and replacing bedding and towels whenever requested. Beach towels were available from reception with a €5 deposit per towel. The hotel's location is exceptional, with Cala Ferrara beach right nearby, plus several other beaches within a 10-minute walk. We particularly recommend the short stroll to Cala Serena, which is quieter and more private. Cala d’Or town is just a 15-minute walk, and the marina can be reached in about 35 minutes. Additionally, there’s a convenient bus stop nearby for trips to Palma or Santanyi. Considering the price we paid, we would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others!

The staff, both the waiters and entertainers, were incredible. Macarena deserves a ten for her kindness and patience with kids at the mini club. Brasil and Capuccino stood out for their fun and cheerful energy during sports and animation activities. Highly recommended!
