#cheapflightdeals These few years, discounted air fare from Asia to Europe from RM2000-RM3000 (650-960sgd) are not uncommon. But most of them are to/from London/Paris/Milan (and Zurich/Amsterdam/Vienna perhaps). And almost none is operated by Qatar. Then I saw this ticket they called “bug fare”: SIN-Barcelona, Lisbon-KUL, at ~RM1700 (550sgd), by Iberia (operated by Qatar). The amazing price and carrier aside, this is almost a perfect ticket for people who wanna do Spain and Portugal together in one trip, coz there’s no need to go back to the same city. This was the first ever air ticket that I bought without considering much. I’m so blessed for having landed this one! Many asked me how I learnt of such promotional fares. There are tricks we can try on our own, like open-jaw itinerary, but they take time to test, so the easiest one I told people is: follow one or two travel pages based in your home country—from there you would get all sorts of nice (if not great) flight prices ahead of many other people.
