I attended the sauce class, and it was an amazing experience. Alongside learning numerous recipes, I got to enjoy some truly tasty food. Professor Fabricio was both clear in his instructions and very kind. The school itself is impressively equipped, featuring a large, spacious kitchen. I absolutely loved it.

I really enjoyed our outing to the market and the cooking class with Fabrice. The atmosphere was laid-back and enjoyable. Fabrice is an excellent teacher, sharing plenty of helpful tips and tricks. The location is in the 18th, so it’s a bit of a journey, but it has such a great ambiance. I’ll definitely return.

We had a fantastic time in the cooking class led by Chef Fabrice. Starting off at Montmartre Station and exploring the nearby markets to select fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meats, and fish was a fascinating beginning. Planning the menu and deciding on the process for each dish—like salad, ratatouille, pastry with cheese, fish (“John Dory”), and soufflé with chocolate sauce—was so enjoyable. The other six participants were enthusiastic, making it a great group experience for learning French cuisine. Highly recommend both the cooking and pastry-making classes!

Baking is one of my favorite hobbies, although I'm quite new to it. So, finding a distinctive experience in Paris led me to join a baking class. The idea of wearing wigs during the class was intriguing! Sarah certainly lived up to expectations. She's funny, friendly, and highly skilled in her field. I admire the journey this Bostonian has taken—her passion for her work is evident in all her actions and words in the kitchen. She's an excellent teacher! #traveldiaries Tucked away in the heart of St. Tropez, Allo Pizza is a true hidden gem. I found it incredible that for just €12, you can get a chorizo pizza—such a steal in this part of town! The place has a cozy, rustic vibe with simple seating, making it perfect for a laid-back meal. The owner, a really nice guy named Samson, makes the pizzas himself, and they come out super fast. The service was quick, and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Honestly, it was one of the best value meals I’ve had in St. Tropez!

Carcassonne is a beautiful small medieval town, with a very interesting story. I recommend it to everyone with a long connection at the Carcassonne airport. The whole centre is doable in 2/3 hours, there are different attractions and there are also nice restaurants, offering menus at decent prices! 💞Reasons to Recommend: beautiful views. #europetrip Great lookout spot of the waterfall and spot to picnic down from the parking lot. If you go over the bridge and down a small road to the right and down the stairs, then continue along the river and under the bridge and the aqueduct, you can get to the bank on the other side of the river from the picnic spot and look at the waterfall/picnic on the other side of the river which is a lot quieter.

#europetrip A simple but beautifully preserved site. Inexpensive to visit, but be aware of the 10 minute walk from the car park to get to the site, and the lack of any facilities when you get there (likewise you have to pay by cash or cheque because no internet!). An extensive visit won’t take that long - you won’t need to allow more than 30-60 minutes. The member of staff on site was helpful and was able to explain everything we needed to know in English. We only wish the Auberge next to the car park had been open for lunch during august as that would have been a completely ideal day out!
