Keeping the curtains closed during the day is necessary to prevent the room from becoming too warm, especially before the first guest check-in. Secondly, the television should be upgraded as a priority. Replacing it with a Smart TV would greatly enhance the guest experience, as the current channel selection is quite limited and can become monotonous during longer stays. This is something that Rotana, including those in Kuwait, may wish to review. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others. The excellent staff, spacious rooms, convenient location, and peaceful atmosphere outweigh the few improvements needed.
