Crafted meticulously with the finest materials, including marble and gemstones weighing up to 12,000 tons, it is a sight to behold. Not having it in your plan is a mistake because, besides being one of the world's man-made wonders, the Taj Mahal was also designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983.
