Great day workout outdoor today! I've been mislead that great workout has to be done in a gym. I now realise that workout outdoor results much greater. A simple walk could turn into a great workout once you walk up hills. This morning we went out for a hike, we started our workout at 9 AM. The track trail we went today was a porcupine waterfall/farm hike,It was under 10km long.
