🇯🇵 Kumamoto Trip: Photographing the majestic Mount Aso, stopping by a milk factory, and finally, Kurokawa Onsen! 🌋♨️ This trip takes us to Kumamoto, the heart of Kyushu! From the grandeur of nature to the charming charm of a hot spring town, this course is truly a healing experience. 1. Mt. Aso, the Breath of a Living Volcano 🌋 Our first stop was Mount Aso! As befitting one of the world's largest caldera volcanoes, its scale was truly overwhelming. Seeing white smoke billowing from the crater, all I could say was, "Wow..." We also walked through the vast Kusasenri Grassland, and felt a sense of relief! We were filled with the energy of nature. This is a definite photo opportunity! 📸 2. The ultimate in richness, 'Aso Milk Factory' 🥛 We also stopped by the Aso Milk Factory, where you can taste fresh milk from Mount Aso. They're famous for their milk and cheese, right? I tried some soft-serve ice cream, and it was incredibly rich and smooth. It melted in my mouth the moment I put it in... I got a full sugar rush. It was also a great place to buy souvenirs like cheese and Baumkuchen! 3. A stroll through the fairytale-like hot spring town of 'Kurokawa Onsen' ♨️ Our trip concluded with a visit to Kurokawa Onsen, nestled deep in the mountains. Just strolling through the streets lined with ryokans was wonderful. The black wooden buildings and the steam rising from the hot springs created a truly captivating atmosphere...✨ It felt like I'd stepped into Spirited Away.
