Beijing Gold Lacquer Inlay Art Museum

Beijing Gold Lacquer Inlay Art Museum, in English: Beijing Gold Lacquer Inlay Art Museum, is located at No. 40, Hongsi Village, Xiaohongmen Town, Chaoyang District, Beijing. It is a museum themed on intangible cultural heritage, built by relying on the famous time-honored enterprise in Beijing and the national intangible cultural heritage project 'Gold Lacquer Inlay and Decoration Skills'. The museum collects and displays more than 300 pieces (sets) of gold lacquer inlay tools, design drawings, and heritage masterpieces of various crafts such as carving, filling, color painting, inlaying, and engraving, as well as contemporary masterpieces of arts and crafts, ethnic lacquerware, and state gifts. The establishment of the Beijing Gold Lacquer Inlay Art Museum aims to vigorously promote the excellent traditional Chinese culture, practice the concept of 'living inheritance' of intangible cultural heritage, fully leverage Beijing's regional characteristics and cultural heritage resources, and create a cultural platform themed on the intangible cultural heritage project 'Gold Lacquer Inlay and Decoration Skills'.
