1. Essential items: Swimsuit (remember to bring a swimming cap if you want to swim in the pool), waterproof phone case, power bank or charging cable. Bath towels, slippers, disposable underwear, disposable paper cups, hot water, and toiletries are provided for free at the hot springs. 2. Playtime: The hot spring ticket allows for 18 hours of fun, after which an additional fee is charged. You can stay overnight for free in the B1 rest area, which is very nice but not very private. The ticket usually includes breakfast (7 am to 9 am), lunch (11:30 am to 1:30 pm)/dinner (5 pm to 9 pm) buffet to choose from, and late-night snack (midnight to 1:30 am). 3. Play areas: On the first floor, there is a hot spring area with various types of hot springs, including a Tibetan medicine bath; there is also a water park where children can have fun; and a fish therapy pool where small fish nibble at your feet. The second floor has a sauna, which is very nice and suitable for taking photos. On the fifth floor, there is the Blue Parrot Sports Club, some activities are charged, suitable for children to play. 4. Departure time: You can choose to go in the evening, change clothes, play for a while, then have a late-night snack, wake up to have breakfast, continue to play, then have lunch, play a bit more, freshen up and check out. Or wake up in the morning, have breakfast, and set off around 9 or 10 am, play, have lunch or dinner, play enough, freshen up and check out. 5. Upgrade buffet: You can get a free upgrade to a seafood buffet by buying tickets from a certain second-hand platform, and it's not as crowded as the second-floor buffet. It is recommended to go early to queue up, as it gets very busy during meal times.
