"George Howell Coffee" – The Spot I Almost Walked Past.

Today, I stopped by the Boston Public Market and happened to spot George Howell Coffee with a small line of people waiting. At first, I just made a mental note of it, not planning to try it right away since I intended to hit up a proper cafe later. But after finishing my main meal, I took another lap around the market. Eventually, I thought... what the heck, let's give it a try. They've been "Roasting since 1975," after all. The shop is a small stall with just 4 bar seats. It's definitely more suited for a grab-and-go rather than sitting and chilling. I ordered the Americano (Guatemala). It goes down so easy—smooth, not bitter at all, and not too heavy. It has this perfect balance that lets you know right away... this is the real deal when it comes to specialty coffee. 💸 Price: $4.86 (tax included | tip not included)
