Sinbalwon: A Must-Visit Dumpling Restaurant in Busan Station's Chinatown

After entering Busan Chinatown, I noticed a line of people, so I decided to check it out. This place is famous on social media for its 70-year-old dumpling recipe. Before meeting a friend, I ordered some meat dumplings and soybean milk. The meat dumplings were so juicy that I had to eat them with a spoon. They were savory, not greasy, and filled with fresh meat juice, making them delicious. They were too hot to eat in one bite. I expected the soybean milk to be cold, but it was warm. It wasn't too sweet and had a milder taste than regular soybean milk. I ate it with bread, and it was a good experience.
