It's open Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and opens at 12:00 PM on Sundays. Just remember to store your large backpacks before heading in. A short five-minute walk away is the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology on Downing St. Featuring Pacific totem poles, Captain Cook's collections, and million-year-old stone tools, it's incredibly fascinating. It's open Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, opens at 12:00 PM on Sundays, and is closed on Mondays. Both museums are free and require no reservations.
