It can be arranged to visit together with the nearby Qingyang Palace and Cultural Park. 📝 Background: Baihuatan Park is one of the old parks in the downtown area of Chengdu, established in 1953. It was originally the Chengdu Baihuatan Zoo, but due to the needs of urban development and construction, the zoo was relocated to the northern suburbs of the city, and the original site was transformed into a comprehensive park, which was reopened to the public in 1982 as 'Baihuatan Park'. ☑️ Park Overview: The park is not small and is reasonably laid out according to landscape types, divided into several small garden areas such as Lei Garden, Hui Garden, West Garden, White Flower Garden, Guoxiang Garden, Bonsai Garden, etc., each with its own unique scenery. 🖼️ Visiting Experience: We visited the park at the end of February, and only a few spring flowers such as wintersweet, camellia, and plum blossoms were blooming in the park. As soon as you enter the west gate, there are rows of bamboo chairs and square tables under the towering trees. Further inside, by the pond, waterside pavilions, and courtyard walls, there are places to drink tea, it's up to you where you prefer to sit. The exquisite Bonsai Garden uses flower walls and latticed windows to create scenes, with twists and turns, full of artistic conception.
