Best italian restaurant in Sanya!

We received so many recommendations about Sofia, the italian restaurant at The Ritz Carlton Sanya and decided to try it! It was beyond perfect! We had the chance to meet the Italian Chef Razvan that prepared and explained us his dishes and creation process behind it! We had seared ootoro tuna, wagyu beef carpaccio, burrata tortellini, porcini mushroom risotto and tiramisu! Everything was delicious!
