Upon entering the restaurant, you'll be amazed by its soaring ceilings and breathtaking sea views. The atmosphere is undeniably elegant and sophisticated. The food is displayed on a long counter, with chefs at various tables. Many dishes are prepared to order, ensuring freshness and refinement. The seafood, sashimi, and meats are all of excellent quality. The most impressive dish was the stewed foie gras. Its unique preparation, unlike any other, was incredibly fresh. The foie gras was completely free of any fishy taste, incredibly tender, and offered a completely different texture and flavor – truly thoughtful! Dine from sunset until evening, enjoying the breathtaking Victoria Harbour views – it was definitely worth the price of admission! It's rare to celebrate a family's birthday in Tsim Sha Tsui. The lunch buffet in a local five-star hotel is really up and down!
