Wong Tai Sin Temple: An intriguing mix of colours and calm in Hong Kong

Wong Tai Sin Temple is a well-known tourist attraction in Hong Kong. It is one of the biggest Taoist Temple across the city. The buildings’ architecture are an intriguing mix of colour, calm, and sacred, and contain the five elements in Chinese Fengshui culture, of which Bronze Pavilion represents “Metal”, Scripture Hall represents “Wood”, Yuk Yik Fountain represents “Water”, Yue Heung Pavilion represents “Fire” and Earth Wall represents “Earth”. The temple is open for public and free of charge. Just be respectful and quiet when visiting this temple as this temple is a place of worship.
