Looking at Hap Mun from a high level

Hap Mun is on the list of the most favorite beaches in Hong Kong. It is known for its crystal clear water and fine sand. Usually crowded during the weekend and holidays, so try to come earlier if you want the best spot. Hap Mun has facilities like a toilet, shower, changing room, a kiosk where we can rent or buy kinds of stuff for swimming, snacks, and drinks, and a barbeque area. Standby lifeguard and shark net make us feel safe to play in the water. It will be so much fun if we can camp there, have a barbeque at night and enjoy the beach in the morning. But I don't know whether it is allowed or not. When it is too crowded, you can try the other side of the beach however, it is rocky, you better put on sandshoes. It has no lifeguard and shark net as well. The last time we went there, we tried the hiking track. In summer time it's burning 😎, but it's worth it when we can see such a beautiful panorama lying before us. Make sure to bring enough water.
