👌Let's start with the conclusion, this free park is great except for being a bit far. 📍It's the Binjiang Forest Park ✅Binjiang Forest Park has two phases, separated by a road in the middle. ✅I only visited the first phase, because the flowers in the second phase are somewhat similar at the moment, all being Xilin grass & corn poppies, and I didn't want to rack up my step count. 📸Date of photography: 2024.4.21 🌸What flowers are there? 🌹Hydrangea: Some are already withered and yellow 🌹Xilin grass & corn poppies: The seasonal main attractions of Binjiang Forest, available at several spots. 🌹Azaleas: Just released, blooming at 60-70%, with a large area of azalea garden. 🤔What else is there besides flowers? ☘️Various small forests, full of greenery, very soothing 🏕️Camping is possible, it's recommended to find a corner for your tent, as it's really annoying when tents are clustered together. 🌻Kite flying ⛴️And there's the riverside, where you can see the opposite Wusong Cruise Terminal 🗺️Tour route: ➡️Enter from Gate 1 of Phase 1, go straight to 📍China's Hundred-Mile Azalea, where the azaleas are blooming, next to the famous hydrangea wall, some of which are already yellowing. ➡️Turn right past the large lawn to 📍Maple Grass Lawn, where there is a large patch of Xilin grass and hydrangeas. ➡️Then you can go to 📍Azalea Garden, the star attraction of the season ➡️Continue to the riverside to see the "sea" ➡️Walk along the riverside for a while, turn into the Metasequoia forest, pass through it ➡️Arrive at 📍Corn Poppy Lawn, another large patch of Xilin grass ➡️Then circle back to the park's 📍Gate 1. ➡️You can cross the road to continue to the second phase... 🚇Transportation: 🙃There is no direct subway access. It is recommended to drive or take the subway and then a taxi. ❇️Subway line 10 Shuangjiang Road Station, about 15 yuan by taxi. ❇️Subway line 3 Songfa Road Station, about 35 yuan by taxi. ⏰Business hours: 8:00-17:00 ✏️It is recommended to go in the morning when there are fewer people.
