Weekend getaway in this ancient city

We took a weekend trip to Kyoto from Osaka and stayed here for 1 night. The trip brought us many surprises about the beautiful architecture of Kyoto. We love walking up the slopes to Sannenkaza and discovered those small hidden lanes in this Gion region. We were fortunate to catch the golden sunset on the beautiful Kiyomizu dera Temple. Will highly recommend everyone to visit Kyoto at least once to experience Japan culture. #weekendgetaways
