Gaze Upon Stone Buddhas

Fei Lai Feng is a limestone hill filled with caves and covered in all kinds of Buddha statues and carvings to marvel upon. You’ll definitely want to carve out at least a couple of hours of your time to explore the area too, which is super calm and relaxing as you’re surrounded by beautiful nature – ancient trees, rolling hills and caves to explore. Be sure to follow the path that goes right alongside / under the carvings to get a real close-up! Or if you prefer to see the entire scale of the carvings overall, you can head along the larger pathway on the way to the temple. It’s a relatively easy walk, and when I was visiting there were plenty of little restaurants to grab refreshments from.
