Nanjing Zhongshan Botanical Garden

North Garden focuses on the protection, research, and utilization of subtropical plants from central and north Asia. The North Garden boasts 21 specialized garden areas, including the Plant Systematics Garden, Rose Garden, and Perennial Flower Garden, as well as historical relics such as the Reclining Buddha Temple. Areas like the Crape Myrtle Garden and the Dazzling Autumn Garden showcase the elegant beauty of plants and a Zen-like atmosphere, suitable for visitors who appreciate natural scenery and bonsai culture. Nanjing Zhongshan Botanical Garden preserves approximately 12,000 plant species, including over 100 rare and endangered species.
