The pyramids will never perish; they will stand eternally in the river of time. One major feeling I have in Egypt is that Egyptians do not fear time. They get along with time harmoniously, sometimes even appearing nonchalant. It's rare to see people rushing on the streets; instead, many are often seen sitting at small roadside shops, by the streets, not chatting or looking at their phones, just quietly watching the world go by. In the history of ancient humanity, the Giza pyramid complex, for a period of three thousand years, held the title of the tallest man-made structure in the world. Speaking of which, do you know what 'Pharaoh' means? You might blurt out without a second thought, 'The Pharaoh is of course the ruler of ancient Egypt, equivalent to the king of ancient Egypt.'
