Hiking and waterfall hunting

On the Bolaven Plateau in Pakse you can also hike going to the Tad Pha Suam falls, drop over a horseshoe-shaped cliff into a wide pool six meters below. Visitors travel 33 kilometers from Pakse to the falls, passing through lush woodlands and through an old bamboo bridge.
