Qiandongnan is not only home to the Qianhu Miao Village, but also the Qianhu Dong Village. Sanbao Dong Village is located on the Chejiang Ten-thousand Mu Dam in Rongjiang County, and is the largest Dong settlement in China. It is known as the "Qianhu Dong Village" and the "Number One Dong Village in the World," and is also the birthplace of the Guizhou "Village Super League." Sanbao Dong Village is famous for its drum towers, wind and rain bridges, and Dong songs. The drum tower is the landmark building of the village, and reflects the unique architectural art of the Dong people. The Sanbao Drum Tower and many ancient buildings are connected together, creating a magnificent sight. The ancient roads of the Dong Village are all paved with stone slabs, which are flat and comfortable, and a stone slab road connects the Qianhu Dong Village together. There are more than 190 ancient banyan trees along the river, which are tall and straight, with thick and long branches, covering the village and reflecting the bridge across the river. They blend with the local mountains, rivers, and village houses to form a unique visual landscape.
