A pool of azure, an ancient monastery, a moment in the Caucasus

Located within Armenia, Lake Sevan is the largest alpine lake in the Caucasus region. The scenery here is beautiful with lake and mountains, earning it the nickname "The Blue Tear of the Caucasus."
